Why the new direction?

Due to the relative size of the buildings we will be able to commence construction of the new design sooner than the original. In addition to beginning sooner the construction duration will be reduced from approximately 24 months to 14 months. It is important to note that many new enhancements have been incorporated in the new design including larger floor plans, expanded tile coverage, increased ceiling heights, enclosed climate controlled corridors and wider living bays. The Oasis also offers a unique set of amenities highlighted by the unique outdoor gathering and dining venue along Ocean Boulevard.


When will construction begin?

Construction will commence when we receive reservations for approximately 80% or more of the units in Oasis. We are hopeful to begin construction in the fall of 2008 with delivery in the fall of 2009.


When will Oasis units be available to the public?

All customers with existing reservations in the Oasis project will be given the first opportunity to reserve a unit. After we have contacted everyone we will begin taking reservations from the general public.


What New Floor Plans Are Available?

We are pleased to introduce a unique set of 7 floor plans.


Type A: 2-Bedroom, 1235 HSF
Type B: 2-Bedroom Corner, 1235 HSF
Type C: 1-Bedroom Lockout, 735 HSF
Type D.1: Studio, 435 HSF
Type D.2: 2-Bedroom, 1057 HSF
Type E: 1-Bedroom (2 Balconies), 770 HSF
Type F: 2-Bedroom Corner (3 Balconies) 1225 HSF


Are the condominium units furnished?

Yes. In conjunction with our architectural team a professional interior designer will design the interiors and provide the furnishings. We will announce the interior design direction in the coming months. The units will feature several notable items including flat panel televisions in all living rooms and bedrooms, luxurious baths and upper-tier furnishings including luxury bedding.


What are the unique features of Oasis and what upgrades will be included?

What are the key features of the overall master plan?

From the onset of the Sea Mist project we have intended to create the most comprehensive resort found along the Grand Strand of South Carolina. No other project can compare to our 12 oceanfront acres and the amazing compliment of amenities that will be provided in one resort.
At Sea Mist Oceanfront Resort and Conference Center you will find the area’s most comprehensive resort plan featuring a full-service spa, comprehensive fitness facilities, the areas largest water park, a full service flexible entertainment and convention center with banquet facilities, indoor and outdoor water amenities at each phase of the project, a coffee shop, a dozen themed restaurants and bars and other unique on-site activities such as miniature golf, a movie theatre, and a planned fitness / nature walking trail.

Is a Three Bedroom Unit Available?

Yes. There are two options available for those seeking a 3-bedroom unit. Both 1-bedroom units in the building provide lock-out capabilities with their 2-bedroom neighboring units. This configuration allows maximum flexibility for owners and their guests to accommodate varying groups and families with added privacy when needed. In both cases, the resulting combination is approximately 2,000 heated square feet with 2 full kitchens and 3 full baths.
