We are pleased to announce that we have undertaken a comprehensive redesign of the initial phase of Sea Mist Resort known as Oasis. There are numerous enhancements to tell you about but the most notable change is that the building has been relocated to a direct oceanfront parcel within the resort master plan. A resort site plan is contained in the Brochure which can be downloaded from this site.
In addition to moving to a premium oceanfront parcel the new design also includes an enhanced set of amenities and many interior upgrades including larger floor plans, expanded tile coverage, increased ceiling heights, enclosed climate controlled corridors and wider living bays for greatly improved ocean views with larger balconies. The new Oasis will kick-off the largest oceanfront redevelopment project in South Carolina history. Oasis will serve as the northern oceanfront gateway to the resort and will set the tone for the amazing transformation that will occur in multiple phases across the entire 12-acre oceanfront property. The redesign initiative will require that you select a new floor plan. As you will see in the enclosed materials the new condominiums are generally by type larger in size and closer to the ocean. New marketing materials and an update to the Sea Mist redevelopment web site (www.newseamist.com) are now in production. However, as an original reservation holder you are being given the first opportunity to select a new unit before the project is released to the general marketplace. Please review the enclosed illustrations depicting the new location, on-site amenities, and specific floor plans available. After you select the condominium floor plan and specific level in the building you are interested in acquiring utilizing the enclosed materials, simply fill out a Reservation Agreement indicating the specific condominium unit number you wish to reserve. In order to help you become more familiar with the new floor plans, pricing, amenities and new location a list be sure to visit the Frequently Asked Questions section of this site.
We look forward to beginning construction of Oasis with your participation.
